Barbara Brisso

Barbara has not had formal art training, but has always created from different mediums. Until she moved to Maryland she had never done watercolors, or experiment very much with other mediums other than oils. She has been fortunate over the years to have known artists who are also teachers. After her husbands death she started back into the art scene. She took the Sage art courses with teachers from Prince George's Community College. Beside Laurel Art Guild, she belongs to Hyatssville Community Art Alliance and Bowie Guild of Artists. She has shown in Bowie, Hyattsville, Laurel Annapolis, Upper Marlbobo, and in Kentlands.
